We ship anywhere in Canada!
At Club Clio Canada, we're dedicated to getting your order to you quickly and affordably. Every shipment comes with a tracking number, so you can easily follow your package from us to your door.
Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing and delivery times may be delayed during holidays, special promotions, or if adjustment requests are made. Pre-orders will be shipped on the release date listed on the product page.
Delivery Rates & Times
We offer reliable shipping across Canada. Please note that estimated delivery times do not include processing time (1–3 business days). Your post-purchase confirmation email will include a tracking number for real-time updates.

All rates are in Canadian Dollars and exclude taxes. E-Gift Cards are delivered via email within 24 hours — free of charge.
Rate Adjustments
For orders exceeding 2kg (4.4lb), we may contact you regarding additional shipping costs based on the size and destination of the package.
Tracking & Carriers
At Club Clio Canada, we partner with a variety of trusted carriers—including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, UniUni, Fleet Optics, and Flashbox—to deliver your orders efficiently based on your location and delivery timeframe.
All orders include tracking. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order ships. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam or junk folder, or reach out to us at allinon.canada@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ship every order quickly, actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as: Carrier processing and transit times, Holidays, severe weather, or unforeseen events, and/or Customer-requested order adjustments.
Failed or Unclaimed Deliveries
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed delivery address, it will be marked as undeliverable.
In such cases, we offer two options:

Refund (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
If the customer cancels the order after a failed delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost. In some cases, a handling fee of 15% of the order value may also apply.
If the failed delivery was due to an error by the shipping carrier, we’ll gladly resend your order at no additional cost.
Policies
Domestic sales tax is applied to all orders based on the shipping destination, in accordance with Canadian federal and provincial tax regulations.
Please ensure that all shipping and billing information is accurate before placing your order (e.g., full address, postal code, phone number). Club Clio Canada is not responsible for additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
We reserve the right to consolidate multiple orders shipping to the same address into one delivery to reduce packaging waste and improve delivery efficiency.
